If aerial FABRIC is your passion this class is for you!

Students will be learn the basics of aerial fabric and lyra including fluid transitional poses. The focus will be on conditioning, building strength, flexibility, and flow. There’ll also be time set aside weekly for those who want to create a short performance piece or “circus act” during the 6-week session to be performed at the last class.
