Open Studio Policies
New participants must complete the open studio evaluation with Jill Fleming and/or Elizabeth Helminska and be invited to participate.
Participants must take at least one weekly Aerial Class at Berkcirque to participate in open studio.
Participants Must Know how to Rig in the barn
Everyone will Use a Safety Mats at all times.
Participants must be aware of what tricks/skills are permitted in the barn and which need to be done on the outside rig (i.e. No duos, slack drops, swinging, or dynamic tricks).
The BERKCIRQUE Barn should be kept clean and organized at all times, know where equipment is kept and put everything away after each use.
Depending on how many people are in the BARN, sharing equipment may be necessary
Participants MUST be comfortable training without direct coaching. (Open studio is not a time to teach or learn from others in the space).
Consent from other studio members must be given before filming/taking photos.
In an emergency - call 911
Inform Jill Fleming of any damage to equipment
Report any/all injuries.
